Mixing console for audio signals
Špaček, Jan ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis on the theme "Mixing console audio signals" deals with the design of mixing console for mixing audio signals from several audio inputs. After a theoretical introduction to general issues and configuration mixing consoles the block diagram and then the full circuit diagram of a custom solution mixing console is proposed, whose configuration is as follows: Two mono inputs, designed as a switchable, where you can bring the microphone or line signal levels. They are equipped with a microphone preamp and attenuation articles, tri-band equalizers, panoramas and level controllers (faders). In addition, two stereo inputs, specifically designed for line level signals. They are equipped with line-preamp, panoramas and level controllers. Output signals of all input units correspond to a regular line level. On the main bus is then equipped stereo band equalizer, line output and headphone output. Bachelor's thesis comprises a technical documentation to implement functional prototype of the console, including the experimentally measured values.

Fast Re-Calibration of PTZ Camera for Traffic Analysis
Dřevo, Aleš ; Juránek, Roman (referee) ; Sochor, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with problematics of PTZ-camera re-calibration during movement. The objective of this work is to keep the camera in calibration mode from default status when the known positions of Vanishing Points are in the image. With their use during movement, which is changing with motion of the camera, their positions are kept with help of two implemented methods. The first method is based on the principle of homography, the second on the principle of cross ratio. The results show that both of these methods work especially for keeping the positions of First Vanishing Points. In the case of the Second Vanishing Points there appear various problems and the results are often quite inaccurate.
Research on the transformation of Russian industrial structure
Xun, Chuanli ; Svoboda, Karel (advisor) ; Radošević, Slavo (referee) ; Semerák, Vilém (referee)
Over the three decades, the Russian Federation government introduced a string of industrial policies responsible for industrial structure change from a planned state-run economy to the market-based one and the return of command control structures under President Putin. It grew out into four phases of economic growth from 1991 - the post-communist decline between 1991 and 1999, the reconstructive phase between 2000 and 2007, the recession between 2008 and 2010, and the stagnation phase from 2010 to the present (Mau, 2016; Ahrend and Tompson, 2005; Aris and Tkachev, 2019). Consequently, this study investigates Russia's industrial structure transformation through these four phases of economic growth. While the Russian government implemented industrial policies annually for short, medium and long- term development, the four phases of economic changes domicile their impacts. In this respect, the study will compare the shifts in industrial structures during these four phases of Russian economic growth by comparing their industrial structure upgrade index. In this respect, the study focuses on realising Russia's structural adjustments together with transformation methods over the three decades of its existence. It includes showing how the Russian economy experienced growth (exponential, slow, retarded)...
Role of human figure drawing in Indicative test of school maturity
Michálková, Anna ; Klusák, Miroslav (advisor) ; Presslerová, Pavla (referee)
The thesis studies the role of human figure drawing in Orientační test školní zralosti (i. e. Jirasek's Orientation Test of School Readiness). The starting point is the correspondence between human figure drawing and other tasks in both verbal and non-verbal thinking. For the empirical material we have chosen pre-school children results in Orientační test školní zralosti, including the verbal thinking test and Raven's Coloured Progressive Matrices. The aim is to examine correspondence of human figure drawing with other tasks taking into account verbal and non-verbal thinking and logical and infralogic operations. The data was collected in two stages with the interval of four months and therefore it is able to assess durability of findings in time. The thesis is beneficial in terms of qualitative analysis of discovered correspondences and also in developing a theory of abilities tested by the test, especially regarding human figure drawing. Last but not least it is helpful in examining similarities and differences in the ability of children to analyse and synthetize. KEY WORDS: school maturity, drawing, figure, man, writing, points, matrices, verbal thinking, non-verbal thinking, logical operations, infralogic operations, analysis, synthesis
Mythological Inspiration in the poetry of Lorenzo de' Medici
Lukášová, Denisa ; Pelán, Jiří (advisor) ; Žáčková, Magdalena (referee)

Lorenzoʼs evident influence by these authors is illustrated with the specific quotations but at the same time his own innovations in texts and stories are referred to. The conclusion compares an extend of this influence on him and the contribution of his own invention to the particular works. It points out the uniqueness of the personality of Lorenzo deʼ Medici both in the cultural and literary spheres as well.
Drawing as a criterion of school readiness
Mládková, Šárka ; Klusák, Miroslav (advisor) ; Vyšínová, Pavlína (referee)
This thesis is dedicated to drawing as one of tasks of Jirasek's orientation test of school readiness. It is based on a research, which was executed in pre-school with children ready to enter first level of elementary school. I'm trying to expand Jirasek's view on school- ready children's drawing. In this research, kids were asked to draw a man. After the drawing I executed an interview with each kid focused on a term "man". I analyzed drawings and interviews. Such research helped me to clarify and expand view of rating drawings of preschool kids. It was helpful specially in regard to rating synthetic way of drawing and considering all elements of drawing not only the figure itself. Also I researched a relationship between speech and drawing in general and in regard to a common element of a term "man". I compared the results of rating both mediums and found there is a certain correlation. I found, that verbal expression of a kid can very well correspond with his drawing expression. It can also work as a certain additional factor when a kid cannot express his real level in drawing. It was proven, that drawing itself should not be considered as a sufficient tool for measuring of school readiness. It should be accompanied by the interview with the child. Key words Drawing; figure; man; school...
The Strong and the Weak in Romans 14-15
Majtán-Černák, Marek ; Roskovec, Jan (advisor) ; Pokorný, Petr (referee)
The present diploma thesis is an exegetical attempt to interpret Paul's parenesis in his Letter to the Romans 14,1-15,13. It tries to find answers to the following questions: Who are the "strong in faith" (15:1)? Who are the "weak in faith" (14:1)? What "day" is meant in chapter 14:5? What kind of dietary restrictions are in the background of 14:2? What is the solution that Paul suggests? The analysis has led to the following conclusions: Paul is trying to resolve a particular dispute between two groups of believers in Rome. The "weak" probably had a problem with the "strong" eating the meat and drinking the wine defiled with idolatry (14:21) and not keeping fasting days, or certain Jewish feast days (14:3). So, the "weak" may be identified as the Jewish Christians and the "strong" with the Christians of gentile origins. Paul tries to move both groups away from judging each other (14:3) to respect the opinion of the other group (14:4) and leads them above all to mutually build loving relationships to each other (14:19). Key words: weak in faith, strong in faith, day, food, dietetary restriction, Lord, Christ, Kingdom of heaven
